Hello! My name is Dr. Melissa Senior. I have over ten years of experience conducting psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. My background in both school systems and private practice has shaped my approach to collaboration between schools, parents, and therapists. I tailor each evaluation to the specific referral questions, aiming to improve daily functioning and well-being. I believe in multifaceted assessments to better understand individual strengths and challenges and to guide evidence-based interventions.evidence-based interventions and supports. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, positive parenting strategies, and play-based techniques to inform my work.
