SAU #40 Milford School District

Our School District proudly serves approximately 2,000 students from preschool through high school across five school facilities. Our committed educators implement competency-based curricula and instructional strategies designed to help each student achieve their fullest potential. Our multi-tiered systems of support for academics and behavior ensure personalized assistance and resources for families. We offer a variety of challenging academic programs and co-curricular activities. Whether it's on-site before-school and after-school child care or community-based externships with local businesses, the Milford school system caters to diverse needs and interests. Jacques Memorial and Heron Pond Elementary Schools lay a strong educational foundation, while Milford Middle School and Milford High School support the growth and development of adolescents. Additionally, Project Drive provides an alternative high school setting for students requiring personalized educational support, including smaller class sizes.
