EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Summit Learning Institute® is offering an online learning experience for students across the United States through its subsidiary, Summit Learning Institute® Virtual School (SLIVS). Summit Learning Institute® Virtual School (SLIVS) has partnered with Imagine Learning Excellence Academy (ILEA) to provide an accredited online education experience for middle and high school students across the United States. SLIVS offers an online, private school education to secondary school students that is rooted in high-quality, personalized learning for each student. The academy is dedicated to offering a safe and engaging online learning experience and empowering parents to serve as facilitators for their children in partnership with our teachers and learning specialists. SLIVS is a subsidiary of Summit Learning Institute® LLC. ILEA is a subsidiary of Imagine Learning LLC. This collaboration leverages ILEA’s learning management system, school administration staffing, a certified and credentialed teaching force, and its suite of education services to deliver flexible, personalized education for secondary school students. Families can access a robust K-12 curriculum, qualified teachers and tutors, and specialized learning support. The Summit Learning Institute® Virtual School also offers career and technical education (CTE) courses, AP courses, career-oriented electives, learning pathways, and specialized instructional services to meet diverse student needs in a virtual, private school learning environment.
