RoundEd Learning develops engaging research-backed learning tools that combine digital gameplay, targeted practice, and hands-on learning to support diverse learners and increase student confidence and persistence in mathematics. Our current offerings include: ProblemScape: Value of Xperts — Algebra Adventure, a story-driven 3D learning game where students learn foundational algebra concepts through real-world problem solving (development partially funded by the National Science Foundation). Learning Hub (website)— Practice, Videos & Reviews, a web-based learning hub providing targeted practice, instructional videos, and concept reviews addressing common algebra misconceptions. Sama Card Game — Understanding Equality, a hands-on card game that helps students develop a deep conceptual understanding of equality as a foundation for algebraic thinking. Our work is grounded in learning science and designed to help students build strong conceptual understanding before procedural fluency, particularly in foundational algebra. RoundEd Learning has a research-based design certification from Digital Promise. All products are designed primarily for grades 5–8 and are suitable for classroom, supplemental, or at-home learning environments.
