Music Duo

Music Duo Online Music Education Program offers a comprehensive, video-based music curriculum specifically designed for homeschool families. Our program spans seven structured courses, from beginner to advanced levels: Apprentice 1, Pre-Apprentice 2, Apprentice 2, Apprentice 3, Pre-Maestro 1, Maestro 1, and Maestro 2. Each course is designed to span 35 weeks, but families have 12 months of access to the material, allowing for flexible learning and mastery at the student's pace. At the heart of our curriculum is the development of music literacy through the integration of folk songs, solfege, and movement. Students learn foundational music skills while singing traditional songs, using solfege to understand pitch and melody, and engaging in rhythmic movement and percussion instrument play to deepen their grasp of rhythm and timing. Each video-based lesson is crafted to make music accessible and engaging, regardless of a family’s prior musical experience. In addition to core instruction, students are given intermittent assignments and activities to reinforce learning. The flexibility of the program and the affordability at $297 per year per course, provides homeschool families with a high-quality, well-rounded music education solution that engages children creatively while building advanced music skills over time.
